Advocate & Home+Heritage
Advocate Publishing
was founded in 1991 by Rick Wamre, Jeff Siegel and Tom Zielinski,
longtime Dallas residents who sensed a receptiveness in the city's
neighborhoods for involved and in-depth community journalism. They
began their venture with the monthly Lakewood/East Dallas Advocate,
following that one year later with
the Lake Highlands Advocate. Preston Hollow Home +
Heritage began publishing in 2000
and the North Dallas magazine launched in March 2005.
In each publication, we strive to highlight the great things our
neighborhoods have to offer while spotlighting the issues that need
addressing. We offer memorable stories that help preserve the singular
personality and rich heritage of each neighborhood we serve. We
connect our more than 200,000 loyal readers with hundreds of neighborhood-oriented
advertisers they use again and again.
Home Design
Advocate Publishing debuted this special annual magazine
in 1999. Published each April, Home Design inspires our
readers with stunning makeovers, innovate ideas and the latest in
design, decorating and gardening trends. It also connects readers
with relevant advertisers who can help them reach the ultimate in
beauty and functionality in their homes. |
